By submitting a form response on this webpage, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements:
- This monthly gift card giveaway drawing (each a “Drawing”) is intended for listeners of the Drew & Mike podcast.
- Each Drawing is nonetheless open to any individual that submits sufficient information to Legacy Partners II, LLC (”Legacy Partners”) that enables Legacy Partners to provide that individual with a quotation for insurance; provided, however, that the individual must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Legacy Partners are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the Drawing is void where prohibited.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants are not required to pay to be entered into a Drawing.
- Legacy Partners reserves the right to determine at its sole and complete discretion when an individual has provided it with sufficient information to provide that individual a quotation for insurance, such that an individual will be entered into a Drawing.
- Once Legacy Partners has determined that an individual has provided sufficient information to make an individual eligible for a Drawing, the individual will be given one (1) entry in the next Drawing. The pool for each Drawing is made up of all such individuals as determined by Legacy at its sole and complete discretion, and individuals cannot choose which month’s Drawing they are entered into.
- Legacy Partners shall not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Legacy Partners takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or insufficient.
- Entries into each month’s Drawing do not roll over from month to month.
- No individual is eligible for entry into a Drawing more than once in a 12 month period.
- Drawings will be conducted regularly, on an approximately monthly basis, in a time and manner to be selected by Legacy Partners at its sole and complete discretion. A single winner will be declared for each Drawing, based on which entrant’s name is selected at random. Odds of winning each Drawing shall change depending on the number of entries admitted into the Drawing.
- The name of each Drawing winner is typically read aloud on the Drew & Mike Podcast, but Legacy Partners makes no guarantee or representation that this will occur. Each Drawing winner grants permission for his or her name, likeness, and identity to be used for promotional purposes by Legacy Partners and/or the Drew & Mike Podcast without additional compensation.
- The winner of each Drawing will receive a $50.00 gift card (the “Prize”). Legacy Partners retains sole and complete discretion as to which store(s) the Prize will be purchased from, and may change the store(s) at any time. Any Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Prizes are mailed to the winner within a reasonable time period after the winner is identified.
- Legacy Partners decision with respect to any aspect of a Drawing, the winner, the Prize, or these Terms and Conditions shall be final. Legacy Partners reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawings or these Terms and Conditions at any time, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Legacy Partners shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Drawings or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and Legacy Partners’ liability under or in connection herewith shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
