Vice President of Employee Benefits
Steve Hardin is responsible for strategizing and developing customized employee benefits packages for our clients. He has over 15 years of employee benefits experience and throughout that time he has gained extensive knowledge on how to best service a client as well as educate employees on their employee benefits package. All of his background in the industry has been on the broker side giving him a great understanding of each carrier and how they operate. Steve and his team have developed a service model that competes with all national brokerage firms. His strengths are communication and compliance as it relates to ERISA and the Affordable Care Act. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Concordia University in Ann Arbor with a double major in History and Biology. He resides in Shelby Township with his wife and son.
