Peter Groezinger has over 31 years of financial experience in real estate, construction and commercial lending. Prior to joining Legacy, from 1998 to 2020 Peter served in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Controller for privately owned property management companies, a national land developer and specialty construction company. Over the years, Peter has been responsible for management of accounting, finance and risk management functions as well as asset acquisition, divestiture, financing and investor relations. Mr. Groezinger graduated from Penn State University with a Master’s in Business Administration and from the University of Buffalo with an Economics degree.
