Vice President of Employee Benefits
Jim Hayes is the Vice President of Employee Benefits. With over 30 years of industry experience, Jim has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the Life and Health products available in the local and national marketplace, and has substantial experience counseling both groups and individuals with their life, health, disability, annuity, and other benefit needs. Mr. Hayes has helped individual clients with varying asset levels protect themselves and their families through life insurance, annuities, and other similar asset protection products. Mr. Hayes has also assisted numerous clients in developing customized and unique employee benefit strategies which afford them the ability to make impactful and educated decisions about their long-term plans, enhancing their operational efficiencies and reducing costs while improving the content of plan offerings. His prior experience includes a long-term role at Allmerica Financial Corporation, where he served as Director of Underwriting for the company’s Employee Benefit division.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), having received that designation from The American College.
