Cale A. Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel for Legacy Partners. He attended the University of Michigan where he graduated with a Dual B.A. in Honors Philosophy and Political Science. He later received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Johnson spent over 10 years as a practicing antitrust attorney with top law firms in New York City and in Michigan where he helped a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to small family owned businesses understand their antitrust risks and develop complex compliance and risk management programs.

With Legacy Partners, Mr. Johnson now handles the day to day legal and risk management and oversees all aspects of company operations. He is also the Vice President of Commercial Lines, where he helps companies of all sizes review their insurance programs to identify any gaps in coverages and make sure that clients have the correct coverages at the best price available.
