Business Development Practice Leader

Kevin is responsible for overseeing the Human Capital Practice and leading all Sales and Business Development efforts for Legacy Partners. He is intently focused on growing the company by bringing together various vertical markets and technical solutions within Legacy Partners, including: Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, Group Retirement Planning, Human Capital Management, and Personal Lines. Kevin has over twenty years of experience in Leadership roles, including: Sales, Sales Management, Channel Development, and Consulting in both large national organizations and smaller regional companies. He has helped companies develop marketing and branding strategies, become more visible in the marketplace and experience considerable growth. Kevin been successful in working internally to develop talent and build teams. His passion lies in helping businesses to solve problems and operate more efficiently through cost containment strategies. Kevin is a graduate of Central Michigan University and currently lives in Rochester Hills, MI with his wife and two children. He started with a Michigan based HMO plan, SelectCare,, in 1994 and went on to Sales Management with Aetna and then Regional Management roles with two of the largest TPA’s in the country. Beginning in 2010 Kevin was with a Michigan based PBM that was acquired by publicly traded entity in 2015. Kevin joined the RxBenefits team in January 2016 as a Business Development Executive, overseeing the Midwest Region where he works in a consulting capacity with employee benefits firms. His focus is to partner with consultants and their clients to provide expertise in Rx data and analytics, PBM contracting, and trend management.
